Welcome to the RCS Elementary P.E. Page for Remote Learning!
The P.E. teachers have put together a variety of activities to keep you moving while we are away from the gym.
Four choices will be posted each week.
Try to complete a total of two for the week (try for 1 Tuesday 1 Thursday!)
Don’t try to finish everything quickly.
Pace yourself and you don’t need to do it all.
Activities can be completed by any grade level.
Aim for 60 minutes of physical activity each day!
